In-Pub Display
A full-screen “what’s on” board for a tablet on your bar or wall. Set the defaults below — they save automatically. Choose which photos appear from the Photos panel on Pub Details.
Open the display
Your display link
Open this on the tablet you’ll leave out, then put the browser full-screen. Scan the code with the tablet to open it there directly.

What rotates
Categories shown by default
Which kinds of thing appear when the board loads. Visitors can still tap to narrow on the screen itself.
Cards in the rotation
How many upcoming items cycle by default. Visitors can nudge this up or down on the screen.
Seconds per card
How long each card stays before sliding to the next.
Late-night kickoffs
Hide fixtures kicking off between 1–7am (e.g. overnight World Cup games) so the board only shows what you’re actually screening. Featured events always show.
Putting it on a TV
How to get it on a screen
The board is just a web page, so it runs on almost anything:
  • A tablet on the bar — open the link, tap full-screen. Simplest.
  • A TV + a cheap streaming stick (Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV box) running a kiosk browser such as Fully Kiosk Browser — it auto-starts and keeps the screen awake.
  • A signage box (Yodeck, Screenly, ScreenCloud) if you run several screens and want to manage them remotely.
Type the short link above, or scan the code with the device — avoid the TV’s own browser where you can; the stick is far more reliable.
TV-safe edges
Some older TVs crop the very edges of the picture. If the board looks cut off at the sides, turn this on to add a safe margin.
Branding
Pub-name font
Applies to your pub name only — the clockapub mark and the event cards always keep their house style. Pick one that matches your branding.

Pub Details

Identity
Pub name
Your pub's display name as it appears on your card and in search results.
Address
Street address and postcode — used for map placement and directions.
Contact details
Phone number
Punters call ahead to book or check parking — a working number significantly increases footfall.
Email address
Preferred channel for booking enquiries and large-group questions.
Website
Your pub's own site — punters who want depth follow the link.
Menu link (optional)
If you've uploaded structured menus, customers see those first — this URL gives them the original PDF or web page.
Discovery filters
Sport on screens
Quiet pub, selective screenings, or sport always on? Punters filter for both extremes.
Dogs
Dog owners filter for welcoming pubs. Adults-only and dining-focused pubs benefit from being filterable too.
Families
Parents filter for child-welcoming pubs; punters wanting a quiet evening filter for adults-only. Without this signal, both groups have to guess.
Music
Punters filter for live-music venues and for quiet pubs. Tick everything that applies — or “No music” if you’re a quiet pub. Tick nothing and we’ll ask again.
Amenities
Atmosphere
What’s the vibe? Tick all that fit — punters look for the right feel as much as the right facilities. Anything not listed can go in “Anything else?” below.
What does your pub offer?
Tick all that apply. Punters use these as filters to narrow down where to go.
Anything else?
Add amenities not in the list above — they appear as extra tags on your finder page. (Free-text tags aren’t filterable yet.)
Cask & real ale
Hand-pulled, properly-kept cask ale — the CAMRA “real ale” sense, distinct from keg craft beer. Punters hunting real ale filter on this.
Tie & ownership
Is the pub free to choose its own range, or tied to a brewery or pub company? This is what separates a brewery-tied house from an independent freehouse.
About
Tell punters about your pub (optional)
A short narrative — history, atmosphere, what makes you distinctive. Plain text; paragraph breaks are preserved. Soft cap 1500 characters.

Photos
Showcase your pub (optional)
Up to 8 photos. The cover image appears first everywhere — set the most appealing one. JPEG / PNG / WebP, 5 MB max per image.
Data quality
Managed by
Who is actively maintaining this pub's data.
Additional details such as pub type, ownership and CAMRA status will appear here once data has been imported for this pub.
People with access
Who can manage this pub
The owner can invite or revoke co-owners. Co-owners have full read/write access — every change is recorded in the activity log against the user who made it.
⚠ Danger Zone
Transfer ownership
Hand the pub over to another landlord by email. They get a one-time link to accept; on acceptance, you lose access to this pub and they become the new owner. They can re-invite you as a co-owner afterwards if you want to keep helping out.
Relinquish ownership
Remove your claim on this pub. The pub returns to unmanaged and becomes available for another landlord to claim. This cannot be reversed from the dashboard — you'd need admin to re-approve a new claim.
Opening Hours
When the pub itself is open. Edit a day to change times; cascade copies a day's hours to the next.
